Do you pierce children?
Yes! As long as we have written consent from a parent/guardian, we pierce the ear lobes of any aged child.
We have pierced infants as young as 3 months old. They do great :)
Do you use numbing cream?
We do not use numbing cream or ice. The piercing itself usually takes less than 30 seconds to pierce + put jewelry in. It's a very quick and easy process!

If you are very concerned about pain, you can put lidocaine on the area to be pierced 1 hour before your scheduled appointment.
What type of payments do you accept?
Cash, card, Apple pay
Do you use piercing guns for small children? Isn't is easier, faster and just less of a hassle?
Never!! We use catheter needles for young kiddos to protect their ears/heads if they move around a lot. Catheter needles are unique, as the needle can be removed once through the ear and a safe, plastic tube remains in until the jewelry is placed. Piercing guns cause blunt force trauma and cannot be sterilized - I would never use these on my own babies ears and wouldn't use them on yours either!

What type of metal is your jewelery?
Titanium or 316L Surgical Steel. Both are hypoallergenic / safe for sensitive skin.
Does the price include jewelry? Can I pick my jewelry?
Yes, basic jewelry is included in the price. There are some options to upgrade your jewelry if you so choose.
Yes, you get to choose which jewelry you want.
How do I clean my piercing?
Use a sterile saline spray to clean the area twice per day.
You can also use sensitive skin unscented soap.
Keep the area clean and dry after washing. Do not touch or play with your new piercing.
How long until I can change my jewelry?
Wait until the minimum # of weeks / months has passed for your specific piercing healing time.
Do not change jewelry yet if piercing is red, irritated, has a bump or any fluid.

-a card on file is required for all bookings.
- No call no shows result in a $20 fee
- Cancellations made less than 2 hours prior are also subject to a $20 fee
Gift Cards
All purchases are final. No returns, refunds or exchanges on gift card purchases. Gift cards expire 12 months after purchase date.
